I have a lump im my mouth on the right side it starts at my lip then speads it is clear but it comes and goes?
It has been comming and going for about a month and a half it doesn't stay more than about 2 to 3 hours. Then it will disappear for about 4 days and come back. It doesn't spead for but alittle ways towards my cheek. Anyone ever had this happen to you please reply.

It might be what is called an abcess or absess or a (sp?) I have honestly never heard of THIS particular situation because whenever I have heard of abcesses or absesses (sp?) I always hear that they stay for like months or so, are painful and are poisonous if they are burst. I haven't heard of them disappearing. Sweetie, I'm concerned for you and maybe you should just talk to a doctor, I'm not certified but an abcess or absess (LOL SP!?) might be what it is. Is it painful at all?

I never heard of a abscess to go away ever though then reappear i heard they just get worse until the doctor drains it with a needle and get antibiotics i would think but maybe its like a abscess?sounds to me like it gets inflamed/irritated the swelling and it comes and goes right almost like those bumps on our tounge sometime a few swell go away and back if u have a lot of acidic foods.

do u ever experience fevers or a flu like symptom when it has its days to appear even more fatigued could be a symptom or sore, weak, fever even if its just one symptom could change the diagnosis your doctor may give?

are you under possibly hormonal or stressful situations and this happens..cold sores can be on the inside "there" two different kinds but both virus an with a virus something needs to stimulate thier snug self in ur system to appear..stress is one big one with being a very nervous person an for some females could be a pms/hormonal thing or the other kind of cold sore means "NO Trojan glove was utilized when intimate w/ someone whom may possibly already of had the std .and if this was done there is potential to catch the herpes virus and well all I can say is yes I am a med student but a RN in 0ne more semester but .IM NOT A DOCTOR AN I DON'T DIAGNOS ,
