I'm living in England right now but my salon at home charges about 45 dollars to get your whole face done. but!. you can save alot of money by doing your foundation base yourself and just having your eyes done. That's only 15 dollars compared to the 45 and you can save yourself from looking like a fake doll cause sometimes the makeup artists put on way too much foundation. good luck!
