Is there a way to enhance my strength easily?


Question:
For just a limited amount of time? I just need a little boost sometimes and I was hoping a pressure point or easy trigger method existed to bring out my strength. I know when Im angry, I become really strong, but I just cant be angry alot. I need something that will give me a reaction that gives me the same power that I get when angry. So is there like a pressure point or method to give me an adrenaline rush or something like it? Thats the main question!

Oh, i am the same way, once my adrenaline peaks back the f*ck up!One of my major things that upsets me easily is seeing someone do something cruel to animals.one time some one was acting like they were gonna shoot my cat with a b.b gun, my adrenaline sky rocketed and i beat their @$$!

Well, depending upon how old you are, you could practice power training interspersed with explosive, plyometric exercises. for example, squat presses followed by squat jumps, rest, repeat, bench press followed by plyometric push ups (or if that is too difficult)push ups that are slow on the "down" and fast on the "up". I bring up the age factor, because as we age some of these explosive training techniques are riskier and you have to be careful. But, with anything, there is no quick or easy answer, no magic technique. Be patient.

Also go to a smoothy place and they have an energy booster also get the protein booster to help maintain a good sugar level in your blood. Some would say just a good workout or run gets you to a point of uephoria that boosts your adreniline. Check with a reputable Chiropractor who uses his supplements and make sure your taking a good multi vitamin.
