Can I just start exercising even though I haven't exercised in 8 years now that I have high cholesterol & bloo

I have high blood pressure and cholesterol for not working out in 8 years . But i used to work out alot .

check with your doctor, but start slow and work up. I had the same problems as you and exercise has definitly helped with both of them being lowered.

yes you can and you should but start it in low impact and work you way up. sort of strength gainning. dont over do it.

No it isn't okay. You should talk to your doctor about an exercise plan, that way you will no for sure that you are not putting yourself in danger of a heart attach or anything horrible like that.
