Although flexible partial offer great esthetics functionality, repairability and cost effectiveness are the strong points of having a metal partial. Most of the time, holistic patients prefer the flexible ones due to metal-free prosthesis. It also largely depends what teeth are you replacing. One thing one should consider is the design of the framework your dentist chooses is crucial to patient compliance.
