Though the facts that muscle does weigh more than fat and body size/composition are more telling than any number on the scale are the most obvious answers it also depends on your definition of eating healthy. I know from personal experience that it is way too easy to delude yourself on that one! Try keeping an honest food journal, and make sure you are eating small, balanced meals every three hours or so to keep your metabolism revved. Be consistent but moderate with your cardio too.going overboard on this has made me ravenous in the past making it totally counter-productive to my diet.and of course lifting weights is just as important in shaping.
