If you smoke the same amount, probably weed will be worse for you. It has no filters, unless you use a bong or something and since it gets you high, it increases your chance of getting involved in an accident.
But of course most ppl will smoke far more ciggarettes than joints over an extended period of time, so you rarely hear of ppl getting cancer or other deseases due to weed. And cigarrets are cheaper.
