Hi,I've been working out for the last 7 & half months,but my belly still fat & floppy,what shall I do? Thanks.

Since I started working out last july (1 hour a day & 5/sometimes 6 days a week doing sit-ups & running ),my body started to get better & fitter except my stomach, it donesn't seem to changed at all! Can anyone please tell me what I can do to tone it up? Thanks a million!

What are you eating? In order to show off your abs, your bodyfat needs to be around the 5 - 10% range, depending on your body type. Get your bodyfat tested, find a personal trainer, and watch your nutrition carefully.
