Some suggestion would be to add a lot of water to your diet as was suggested in another post. Stop drinking soda's if you do so this will cut a lot of calories out.
Change your diet by lightening up on carbs and sugars but don't eliminate them completely. Supplement with vitamins to make sure you are getting your daily allowance.
Exercise daily and make your own routine to do this everyday or 3 times a week if you have a busy schedule.
Remind yourself every day that you can make these changes. Give in to a craving once in awhile, so you don't feel like you are being punished.

well it depends on how over weight u r. the main thing u ned to focus on is a lot of exercise that gets your heart rate up. runnung jogging jumping jacks. all of those will burn of excess fat. REplace your normal drinks (aka sda, tea, ect.) with water. water has no calorie and it is very healthy for u. and when u eat if u think it looks unhealthy than it probably is. Limit yourself to 3 meals a day. I know how tempting it can be but just cause your bored doesn't mean u should eat. i have a bad habit of that. good luck it can be done.
u should excercise at least 1 hour a day and eat healthy.instead of drinking coke drink water instead of eating chocolate eat ur favourite fruit.i also heard that grapefruit makes u get slimmer faster.
