maybe you con use some oxye clean or something to dry them out so they can go away keep your face free of oils keep it dry a possible

I am a nurse and worked in a skin care clinic. My best advice would be to
1. Keep your skin clean. Using dove soap is recommended.
2. Use a mechanical peel such as baking soda every day.
3. Use some sort of chemical peel. There are many but the best ones are retinol, alpha hydroxy acid, lipoic acid. These can be found at online websites.
4. Use an oilfree zinc oxide based sunscreen every single day.
These 4 steps will lead to beautiful skin. It can, and will,take months for skin to look it's best. There really are no quick fixes.

I am 24 years old and have had fairly bad acne for 8 years or so. I've found a regimen recently that - if stuck to religiously - has helped me immensely. There's a product called the Acne Pill, made by Lomalux, that's completely homeopathic and contains sulfur, which is often used as sulfa in oral antibiotics taken for acne. Take this daily in accordance with the accompanying literature. The good thing is you don't have to see a doctor and have a prescription written first. I believe it's sold solely at Target (they have a monopoly over this great product). In addition, do the three-step routine sold by Proactiv. I find that none of the extra products are necessary as long as the three-step system is performed both morning and night. In addition, the 3-piece system is usually sold with a "free gift," which is a face mask that can be used 3-4 times a week. I highly recommend using this every other day as soon as you get it and start the system, and use until it's gone, after which you probably won't need it anymore. Anyway, this regimen has cleared my face up beyond belief. The pills may work on their own, so you may want to try using them with a regular, over-the-counter cleanser and treatment containing either salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide first, so you can determine whether the Proactiv is necessary for you.
