NO, I have so many perms, and I don't have dry hair! If you are having this problem and it looks fried. Buy some VO5 hot oil treatment and follow the directions on the pack. It works great.

no of course not. multiple perms will though. those chemicals are very hard on your hair, i defenitly wouldnt recommend getting one. By the first week I had my perm I was ready for my hair to be normal again.

when you get your first perm it does ot dry your hair out. It will thou make your hair dry only if you dont take care of it and keep it properly mosturized and stuff. I use perm kits by Optium Care..soft sheen and carson the people who make it. They make perm kits for all type of hair, and little girls too. Motions hair supplies are great too, my sister-n-law uses motions and her hair is silky smooth and manageable every single day!!
