what are fillings?

Question:
What are fillings and how are they done?

Answers:
When you have a cavity the dentist drills out the decay & fills it with a filling. Fillings can be made of dfferent things. Personally I would not get a silver filling (also called amalgam) as it is mostly mercury. They usually put those in large cavities. The other type are the same colot as your natura; teeth

Other Answers:
A filling is what dentists do to get rid of cavities. They fill the cavities up with stuff. I don't know anything more about it since I've never had any cavities.

they are to cover plague and holes and other bad parts of teeth, I think it is like a liquid dectist uses that harden up hard like teeth.

its when you a cavity and they numb your mouth stupid!1
