When I wake up I always have a pimples, How do I get rid of them?

The one that I have found out so far is lunge walking, it's where you take a big step with one leg and drive your other knee to the ground without banging it on the floor. Walk like that and your thighs will hurt so you know you will be working them.

What helped me is beginning with long walks, then starting to fastwalk and eventually jogging. Just in my neighborhood, nothing like a marathon and I got to look great. Also buy yourself a pair of 1 1/2 lb. ankle weights and use them slowly. It works and its inexpensive too! Good luck
