i currently work at A & Fitch and yes..you do get a really good discount on every purchase which is 50% from the tag price ;] but the downside is that almost the whole day you'll be busy folding clothes and try your best to act friendly to every customer..which sometimes you'd bump into some very ignorant little girls that give you some badddd attitude..ohh did you ever know that the employees of A & Fitch have to help to redecorate the destroyed jeans sometimes.. =X yes i think that's why they listed on the application which they look for people who have a good taste in fashion..

Yes, you do get good discounts, but the application process and training is extremely rigorous. first of all, you need a resume and to be 18. Also, there is a slew of training sessions to attend and training videos to watch. However, most employees of A&F, Hollister Co, and Ruehl love their jobs.
