How do I truly know if I'm a "cool" or a "warm"?

Question: This is something I've struggled with for a long time now. I THINK I'm a cool.but I keep doubting my own judgment, since it seems that I can look equally good in some colors from both ends. Naturally, I'm a brunette with mousey brown hair, light brown eyes, and pale skin. My skin is sometimes flush and pink, but also sometimes sallow and just.really white. What the h*ll should I do?

Look on the underside of your wrist. If your veins appear more green you are a warm. If they look more blue under your skin you are cool.

I was told that if you have dark eyes you should use cool colors and if you have light eyes you should use warm colors. I have light eyes and I use warm colors and it works fine for me.

you are a "cool" if you have blue tinted veins on the inside of your wrist and a "warm" if you have green. I just read that under the Revlon sign I think. My veins are green tinted. weird, eh? Personally I think a bronzer might do you some good. You should really play up your eyes. It sounds like you are a neutral, lucky you!

it has more to do with your skin tone first, then hair, then eye color, if your skin is pale you probably are more towards a cool, but some people are in the middle, just go with what you like

there are differences in color; a lot of times it's the TONE of the color that makes a huge difference any one can wear red it just depends on the shade of red
