Why do some tight, tense muscles hurt, while others don't?
Question:
Answers:
It depends on why they are hurting. Are you stressed? Have you been working out? Were you in an accident? If it was from exercising it is simply the muscles that hurt the most are the ones you use the least. Like your triceps. We commonly do not use them much day to day, but when we focus a workout on them.OUCH! They can hurt for days. If it is from stress, it is most likely in your shoulders or neck. That is from unconsciously tensing these up. After some time it can be pretty painful. If it was from an accident, you may have bruised or torn one. If the pain lasts for more than a week, or if it is more than you can bear, go see a doc. Hope that helps.

My aunt told my about trigger points that cause the pain in muscles. Here is the book I bought on amazon about it. It helped me and my wife immensely!
