Ever heard of diet and exercise?
WEIGHT WATCHERS AND EXERCISE
try jogging a lot. Dont overeat. Control ur cravings!!
don't be foolish eat 3 meals a day and start to exercise like walking to work or a walk at lunch and drink loads of water and eat fruit
try doing some running or any form of cardio work to increase your heart rate. also do some weights, light ones won't bulk you up. will tone your arms and legs; and, it takes more calories to maintain a pound of muscle than a pund of fat. healthy eating is also important.
RUNNING WORKED FOR ME AND WATCHING WHAT I ATE
run! im the exact same as you i have to lose 30 pounds right now from running i lost 6 pounds in like a week in 3 days
Cardio, strength-training, and be mindful of calories in-calories out.
exercise is good way as well as eating sensibly you need to exercise to help kick start your metabalism, ie:help you burn off the calories.
30 min of pilates 5-6 days a week. Plus watch what you eat. I lost 20 pounds that way. Keep this in mind. the slower you lose the weight the more likely you will keep it off. Do not look for the miracle pill because you will gain it back plus those pills are not good for you health.

exercise, diet and diet. 70% of fitness is diet, 30% is exercise. Do 30 minutes of cardi every day and avoid all empty calorie foods (sugars, high saturated fat).
Modify your eating habits. Try cutting on what you popularly know contains too much sugar or carbs. Also, instead of having lets say three full meals thru the day, split them in about six thru out the day, that will accelerate your metabolism and help you burn fat at a smooth rate.
Starving does not help anyone, because at first, your body will think you are facing a famine, so it will do its best to save the fat stored, finally when one starts burning it, the skin will be saggy. So just eat right, and more often in regular/small portions.
Start a routine of weekly exercise. Get a personal trainer (that helps a lot of people). Pick up a copy of "Enter the Zone" and stick to it. You'll lose A LOT of weight. Drink lots of water. Resist junk food. Keep little snacks like carrots handy if you really feel like eating. If you see junk food and are considering eating it, consider that it will almost immediately turn into fat and the satisfaction that you will get from eating it does not even come close to the satisfaction of being in shape.
You have to really want to lose the weight. The effort has to start from you. You are responsible for this. So you do it. You lose the weight. All you have to do is try and keep trying. You'll eventually start to notice guys noticing YOU. The feeling is amazing and you will never want to go back to your old self.
the trick isnt a simple exercise routine or diet (although 30mins of cardio a day, if you work up to it, will help a ton) you need to change how you spend your entire day. work is hard to control, all you can do is walk as much as possible and use stairs a lot, but your offtime is what counts. Take any activity that you do inactively (TV watching) and replace it with something fun and active (basketball or something)
-run a lot, swimmings good, and work out
-sleep well
-drink lots of water
-eat less than 2000 calories, and what you do eat, make it healthy.
Diet is inherently a wrong answer. Dieting slows down your metabolism, causing your body to need fewer calories per day, once you get off the diet, you begin to eat more than you did during the diet. Your body's metabolism isn't suited for the higher amount of calories, and thus you regain the weight.
Changing your eating habits entirely is a better choice, but that is a lifestyle change, not a temporary fix it quick solution.
For tips on specific exercises, running and cardio workouts are very useful. For abs, bicycle exercises and others are very effective: http://exercise.about.com/od/abs/ss/abexercises.htm
Remember, muscle ways more than fat, and poundage is not a good indicator of physical fitness. Healthy is a lot sexier than skinny.
Perseverance will get you to attain your goal.
Good luck!
