Why should employers hire people who smoke cigarettes?

There are many reasons they shouldn't but I can't think of any reasons why they SHOULD.

As for discrimination.yes it is and it is perfectly legal.

You just can't descriminate based on sex, race, or religious grounds.

Why WOULDN'T they hire a smoker? You have to give people breaks if they work so many hours, who cares what they do while on their breaks?!

Well, employers don't have to hire people that smoke, and then maybe they could all get together and collect social security disability because they are addicted to cigarettes and nobody will hire them. Personally, if I were an employer, I would rather hire somebody that smokes, instead of drinks, or is obnoxious, or is so high and mighty that they don't think their sh*t stinks, and can't take the log out of their own eye before they try and take the speck from their brother's eye..
