YES,royal oak vocational school.Not sure of the name now ,but it is by 13 and crooks right next to Mejiers.I went there in 1991 and they had big cosmo class there.And if you were an royal oak resident you were given alot off of tutution.I'm think it was royal oak adult ed.I know it's still there just differant name.hope this helped.
