None.. the only way to lose weight is without em. they have horrible s/ effects.. such as constipation, diarrohea, blood pressure probs, flatulence (u fart heaps) n some even make u GAIN weight!! serious, its crazy.. steer clear of them pills sista!!

None really work. Read the labels.they ALL say the same thing. Something along the lines of "if you take this pill with a calorie-reduced diet and regular exercise, you MAY lose weight." Even the so-called natural ones carry dangers with them that are not worth it.
