hi, im an RN.
Im not a specialist on the subject but i can tell you, that it could be psychologically related.
I had a friend when i was 15, she spent the night, and wet the bed. she was so embarrassed bless her heart, but she was a truly a beautiful person, i could never judge. My mom who is also a nurse said that it was usually related to insecurity. Insecurity is a boad term. But i do know that this girl had suffered a lot of childhood trauma and abuse.

so if you think its psychologically related which at this point im sure youre willing to rule it out, i would find a therapist that especially deals with this issue.
if you do not have insurance that will cover it, there are a lot of organizations out there that may help you for free.
Good luck, and God bless you.

what eye injuries can result from a finger?

This is an old medicine my grandmother used to make when I was a small child wetting my bed. You boil about 3 cups of water in a very large stew bowl. You add about 3 splashs of pepper & 4 splashs of salt. Let this boil until the water seems to evaporate this two spices. This is where things get weird. You must get your hands on a Cow or Pig heart. You place this heart in the stew and let it boil for about 40-50 minutes. This will soak the oils and fibers out of the heart and into the water. After the 40-50 minutes remove the heart and dispose of it. There may be a distinctive color to the stew at this point. If it's green u screwed up. It should be red. Then you dispose of this stew for it has done nothing for you. You then go touch yourself in a public mens restroom. The End!

is there a free online "points" based diet program, similar to Weight Watchers, with food diary?

stop drinking liquids after 7. keep your room clean & try to have all your work done before you go to sleep. also don't watch tv before you go to bed. read instead. that way you'll be calm and you wont be restless. If that doesnt work, try going 2 bed earlier. sometimes your body doesnt respond when it's been overworked and tired. good luck ^_^

Why do I get sleepy when I drink water? And, why do I get sleepy when I eat onions?

Hi 'vamp'. There are many possible causes for the type of bladder problem you describe. Nerve problems can be involved. Food allergies are another common cause. Chemical/environmental allergies or heavy metal toxicity could also be a cause. A good chiropractor can help you identify any nerve imbalances from the spine that may be involved. Many healthcare providers deal with food allergies - chiropractors, naturopaths, certified nutritionists, even a few M.D.s.

Milk (and all related dairy products - cheese, ice cream, butter, cottage cheese, yoghurt, etc.) is a common food allergen. You might try a 30 day trial of total avoidance (it must be absolute total avoidance to be a valid test). There are many other common food allergens that could be causing this problem. Usually, a person is 'addicted' to the food they are allergic to. If they don't eat it regularly they feel cravings for it. What food or foods do you crave? What food do you eat every day? The answers to these questions can sometimes help identify the problem.

I know I've given you a lot to think about here. You may need experienced professional help to sort out these possibilities. Chiropractors, Naturopathic Physicians, certified nutritionists (CCNs), and the few M.D.s that specialize in the field known as 'functional medicine' are the types of providers that may be able to assist you.
Good luck!
P.S. There is a CAUSE for your problem. It is not your fault and it is not likely to be something 'in your head'.
