if you are available to use an elliptical machine that will work great. Also this is going to sound wierd but it works and I have no cellulite whatsoever in my butt. Sit down or lay down whatever and just tighten the muscles in your butt for like 5-10 seconds, let go, and then just keep doing that. I know it sounds wierd but its a miracle worker once you keep doing it.

That type of exercises does not burn fat, but sugars in your muscle.

Along with the cardio work, it is good to do some strengthening of muscles in the area. YOu can look at some exrcise mags for butt and thigh exercises. It's too dificult to describe.

Try wearing a good fitting cycling tights, it help to shape while you exercise. Extra pressure on problem areas does help, it works just like women wearing bras to support their boobs. Slow rymthmic exercises will be good for reducing fats and toning muscles. No weights! Plenty distance..
