just straight guaifenesin? im searching the web, and everything is saying that there isnt much to be expected/not much to worry about, but you can call a poison control center or pharmacist if youre worried or feeling funny at all. all the things on the web are talking about Guaifenesin and Codeine, Guaifenesin and Acet., etc. so if its just straight and plain guaifenesin, i dont think there is probably much to worry about.

Yes. I'm not familiar with how many mgs. a standard dosage is, but I developed hallucinations after taking too much cough medicine. Definately not good for the brain, I felt 'mushy' for several days afterwards. I would look at the bottle and see if they have a 1-800 number to call, or call poison control and ask them.
