What's the best way to force yourself to get up in the morning?
Boosting my metabolism..has there been any research indicating how long this can take?

To get up: Setting 2 alarms and placing them on the absolute opposite end of the room.
To stay up:
1) A large cup of strong coffee (if you don't like coffee, I suggest trying it with the yummy Southern Pecan liquid creamers).
2) Good music! There's nothing better than singing to your favorite tunes in the morning.
3) Breakfast! The most important meal of the day and the yummiest! Totally worth waking up 15 minutes earlier for.

I set my clock like 37 mins fast so in my deluded state I have no clue what time it really is, then I throw in on the floor in the dark across the room so when i get up to shut it off I usually trip over something. Set a mousetrap on top of your alarm clock. When you try to hit the snooze button "WHACK!" You'll never get back to sleep that way.set your alarm clock 30 min early or so so when you wake up, u can press snooze enough times until u feel ready to get up. it will then be about time to get up anyway. i do it every morning
Set your alarm clock 30 minutes before you plan to actually wake up, then don't even think about pushing that snooze button. Put tape over it or something. If you have a roomate or are seeing someone, have them wake you up and take your blankets. My boyfriend does that to me and it's sure to get you up.

Well you could start off by going to bed at a normal basis, so your body & mind understand when it's time for sleep & rest. Or you could set more than one alarm, including the radio, you can set the radio at a certain time, certain station, that way the loud music will wake you up!I know its kind of weird but everynight I put spoons in the freezer and then i drag my self to the freezer and put the back of the spoon on your eyelids and push.
well for me i'm a toal lazy as*! mm.. i know think of a dozen spiders r in ur bed there going to eat you!! now jump out of bed or drag urself out of bed and splash ur face with freezing cold water.Alarm clock and if it as a radio set the alarm to a loud music sation and out the volume up high thats what i do i spaz out and roll out of bed usually swear out loud in my shock
