what is the best way to tone my body with limited facilities?
i jog 3 times in a week for 30min each time,but i still have flabby thighs,stomach,back and arms.What can i do to tone them.

I don't think it's about how long you run, more of how far. If you run like.. a mile in one hour, that's obviously not as good as like. 3 miles in one hour. Also, running long distance, like. 5000 meters a day(I dunno what that is in miles, I'm chinese) is really good for strong things. Back- stand up straight and it should get harder. And stomach- sit-ups, don't stop when it hurts. When you get up in the morning, and feel like your stomach has a huge cramp, you know you did it right.
