Is it unhealthy to eat raw rice?

i have little white chunks of stuff that comes out my neck and i was just wondering if anyone knows what it is

Answers:
If by "raw" you mean dry uncooked, unsoaked, I would venture to say not a good idea.

However, I eat uncooked rice, only sprouted/soaked in water for 24-48 hours. This softens it up enough to eat, and removes the enzyme inhibitors that raw dry rice (or any grain for that matter) has that is so very bad for your body.

Avoid any unsprouted grains whenever possible. The enzyme inhibitors wreak havoc on the body's main means of communication within itself. Enzymes. These are how our organs and our system as a whole remain in communication with itself. Remove the means of communication, and you damage the system.
