A blood vessel anywhere in the body that bursts.

A weakened spot in an artery. I causes it to bulge out and can rupture. Your doctor will do tests to determine the size of the aneurysm and depending on where it is he will advise you of what needs to be done. If it is an abdominal aortic aneurysm, they won't do anything but monitor it unless it is 5cm or more in size, once it gets to that size they will surgically correct it.

It's a weakness in the wall of a blood vessel usually an artery, almost like a small balloon. When pressure becomes too great it can burst.

if aneurysm is what you mean it is actually a weak spot in an artery that "balloons" and can burst
