Depending on their age, Advil works very well. Tylenol PM also will help you sleep, and provides relief enough to relax. I have a herniated disk in my lower back, and before it got as bad as it is now, OTC meds like these worked pretty good. I now have to get pain meds from my doctor. As far as the upset stomach, try some cola syrup, (you can get it from the pharmacy).not to be confused with pepsi or coke, but it tastes like it. Cola Syrup settles your stomach almost instantly. Or you can use alka seltzer or Pepto. Good luck! Hope you feel better!

Sounds like a body malfunction. I suggest non-invasive, non-chemical Chiropractic evaluation. You need to get your whole body back to working together properly. It has worked wonders for me!
