It depends on your type of hair! Dry, oily, normal, short, medium, long, dyed, treated, black, blonde, red.

For me, Palmolive Optims for blonde hair works just great!

My stylist told me the best "out of salon" type shampoo you can buy is the Professionals line from Suave and she's right! The condition of my hair has improved greatly since I switched. I was previously using Pantene and Thermasilk and my hair had gotten dry. She said there's a chemical in those shampoos that is harsh on your hair. You really wouldn't believe the difference the Suave has made.
