Take a trip to the drug store and look for eye drops that contain the following 3 active ingredients:
--Carbethopendecinii bromidum 2 mg
--Acidum boricum 190 mg
--Natrii tetraboras decahydricus 5 mg in 10 ml.
I believe these are the Czech versions of the ingredients, so you may need to ask the pharmacist if he/she can figure out the English translations. (I'm guessing acidum boricum is boric acid.)
If it doesn't resolve within 4 weeks, you should definitely see an eye doctor as it could be a sign of a more serious infection.
