STOP the mascara. Buy some cream to put underneath the eye. Try not to rub your eyes for a while, it might pull out even more of them, let the skin around them heal or grow stronger before you rub your eyes or wear mascara. I am 15 and I don't wear mascara because my friends have had things like that happen to them. Mascara is such a pain sometimes too!
