what is the best and fastest way to bigger chest, when working out?

Question:
any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Answers:
1) 4 sets flat bench - light, heavier, heaviest, back to #2. 10-12 reps per set for 1,2, at least 7 on 3rd set, rep out on 4. When you reach 10-12 on 3rd set, up the weight.
2) 3 sets incline bench - light, heavier, heaviest. 10-12 reps on 1st 2 sets. When you get 10-12 reps on 3rd set, up the weight.
3) 3 sets decline bench - same as incline.
4) flat and incline flies, 3 sets as above.
Do this 3 times a week, with a day in between for recovery. Drink alot of water, and up your protein intake.

Bench press or dumbell press. In regards to equipment, if you go to a gym look for some "hammer strength" euipment. They make some really awesome gym euipment for your chest. The equipment is like no other, it positions your body in such a way that you are forced to do the excercise a certain way! This allows you to target the muscles in your chest, and don't forget to "focus daniel son"(quote taken form the karate kid movie) Think to your self while you're working out "big chest, big chest"

I would start off with dumbbell bench press and incline dumbbells bench press. You grow more muscle because you are using more balancing muscles when you use dumbbells. Then I would go to a wide grip flat bench press., dips and narrow grip bench press finishing off with dumbbell flies. With this., you are hitting all facits of your chest. Also since you want to develop a bigger chest., I would go 4 to 6 reps per set., focus more on power.

dumbbell bench press 3 sets of 4 to 6 reps
incline dumbbells bench press 3 sets of 4 to 6 reps
wide grip flat bench press 3 sets of 4 to 6 reps
dips 3 sets., max out each time
narrow grip bench press 3 sets of 4 to 6 reps
dumbbell flies 3 sets of 4 to 6 reps

If you follow this.., you would need to develop your strength in your triceps as well because if they are not strong enough.., they will give out before your chest., but hit your chest before your triceps.

All the chest workouts are on the link below. Free weights are the best way to go if you want to develop any muscle.
