Strength training is by far the best. You can only train your heart and lungs so much. Often if they are working so hard during exercise it's because your muscles are weak. If you strengthen your muscles it then becomes easier on your body and your heart then doesn't have to work as hard. Strength training also shapes the body and gives you a general sense of well being.

hehehe ok well first you have to have your mouth excersizing for ultimate chewing. then you have the back exercises for changin positions on the sofa while watching tv. then you have the thinking exercises, but skip those for weeks at a time as they might over exaust you.
