Has any one ever used a 30-20-10 format for push-ups sit ups or squats, if so did u see results?

Yeah, the military uses that for training, at least push ups and sit ups. It is very effective especially in the early morning to jump start your metablolism. Now squats, no, that would be hell and you'd have to use too small of a weight to finish, stick to 12-16 reps and 2-3 sets, add in a leg press or a set of lunges and your legs will be firemens' in a month or two.
