I just stick to eating fresh veggies. Oatmeal as plain as you can stand it. But my favourite is eating onions for a main meal once every few days. They say the Egyptions that built the Pyramids ate nothing but wheat and onions for a staple. I have lost over ten kilos in the last two months.

you can go to Dr. and get operated on your fats behind your sikns if your ready to spend lots of money , and if your not ready to do that , find good Dr. and ask him the food that contain most protiens and all , and start running more that 6 km at morning , come home take rest and drink milk , fat less , and then work out for 1and half hours , then rest again and go to steam bath or sono bath , and take rest then at evening work out little bit not more , and after lunch and dinner walk for few min's , it will help u a lot
