i have been taking paxil for a while and Dr has now prescribed effexor..any info on this as opposed to paxil?

I have taken Effexor for quite a while and had no side effects or problems with it. For me, it is a very good medication.
Everyone is different and reacts differently to psychogenic medications. Sometimes it takes a while to find the right one for you.
