how do you destress?

im sooo highly strung i dont know how long it will last. i have many things to do with so little time. writer's block and other responsibilities. i know my priorities. just not enough time. how does one reduce stress? know any easy to perform techniques?

Answers:
I too have many responsibilities and deadlines with little time left at the end of the day for myself. I know this sounds completely ridiculous, but I sit with my eyes closed for about 5 minutes and repeat to myself "breathe in, breathe out". Sounds ridiculous even to me, but I swear it works. I try to do this every day, usually at the height of insanity. It helps me to rally so that I can get through the rest of the day.

it depends, when some people are in stress, they just run for a long time and sweat it off. while other people just nap, so yeah, it usually depends on the type of person you are
