exercise is the best. You can eat healthy, this does not mean starve yourself, just eat more vegis and fruits and eat balenced. Starving yourself will do no good cuz it only puts stress on your body and you will either get sick from not being nourished or you will eat unhealthy later. Just workout and reduce candy and sweets.

Ah, try doing sit ups, jog for for 2hrs straight for 3 days in a row, curls, and just eating right

do alot of fast pace exercize without stopping, you want to sweat..alot. also another thing you can do is work out first thing in the mouring because when you don't eat anything right away all your body has left to burn is fat for energy, don't starve yourself, just watch what you eat

what r u doing on your computer. sitting isnt going to help. get runnning!

1)Drink 8-10 cups of water a day
2)Cut back on sodium[ie. chips, soda, pop etc..]
3)Exercise. Cardio. Toning.

4)Eat small portions of lunch/dinner/supper.
5)Get enough rest.

next time you work out wear some layers it will make you sweat more, and the more you sweat the more likely you are to lose weight
