What are some good exercises to tone up my upper arms?


Question:
I'm not overweight (I weigh 105 lbs), but my upper arms are slightly flabby. My goal is to have sleek arms that are muscular w/out any bulging muscles. At the moment I have hardly any arm strength at all, so I need to start out with something easy. Since a lot of women have this problem, I was wondering if anyone out there has found a way to get past this?

Do weights.but not heavy ones like the 2 lbs. ones..I notice the difference in 2 weeks. good luck! ;)

pushups, pullups, weights, throwing something like a football or baseball might work
