sore breasts =(?

ouch! My breasts have been sore for about 4 days now..(to touch, wearing bra, without bra)..Ive only had this problem happen be4 1 time..when I was pregnant. I currently have an IUD (had it about 2 yrs) Is there any other reason i might be having this problem??

If you have a regular cycle that can be one of the symptons that your cycle is coming. Or just hormone level changes. Either way it is not a big deal. I know the feeling that is one of the symptoms I have everytime I get ready to start my period.
