Is there a method to sneezing quietly?
I sneeze SO loud! I have a cold right now,so I am sneezing quite a bit. I hear people who can muffle their sneezes or hold them in.I can't and it's very embarassing. Any tips of tricks?

One of the best methods I have used is this: Swallow first. Then, when the sneeze finally comes, dont use your voice box. A lot of people feel the need to vocalize the "Aaa CHu!", but theres really no need.breast ogmentation- I want double d's?
Pinching your nose can be dangerous given how powerful a sneeze is and from personal experience, the snot always come out rather disgustingly afterwards. Recently I've been letting the sneezes go freely and basically holding my hankie nearby. It muffles the sound really well. Speedy recovery with that cold.sometimes i hold mine in because i dont like sneezing in public.try to cover your sneezes with a tissue so it wont be so loud
