Why do you get more boogers on some days than others?
Answers:
What kind of memory loss?
There are two different kinds of memory:
Short term and long term!
E.g. short term memory would be that you forget what you just saw on TV, long term would be forgetting things you done yesterday or as a kid.
I suppose you suffer from short term memory loss and that could be a problem of not being able to concentrate?
E.g. try memorizing numbers, you should be able to remember 6 to 8 numbers.
If not, maybe you work on your concentration, play chess, read books, learn peoms or songs lyrics.
That should help!

you should write more lists to help you remember things and place them in spots you frequently go to, or leave the list in your purse on desk, wallet, or where ever is best. practice focusing more on your environment, exercise and get adequate sleep, not to mention vitamins and a eating regularly will help.

No way coffee steals your memory unless maybe you are smoking with it. Bump it up and drink Espresso or play Boggle! This is how I got my memory back after I had a stroke on vacation in Peru. I couldn't even remember my home phone number. Get the game Boggle at Target or WalMart or probably even the corner drug store. You make words out of contiguos letters. It seemed like it tickled my brain and somehow most of my precious memories returned. There is also a computer version that is great to play. I played by the hours by myself and with other people until I got so good no one would play with me anymore. I lost a few friends, but I got my life back.To solve it:
1. Look at your overall health - how energetic do you feel, how happy are you, do you feel healthy, do you eat well (fresh foods, low junk food etc). If this is suffering, start working to improve your health with diet and exercise. This will have an effect on your memory if you make an improvement.
2. Try taking supplements that are good for your memory, like gingko biloba.
3. Look at your lifestyle - make sure you are getting enough sleep and are not too stressed. Relaxation time and doing lots of things you enjoy is important.
4. Do some regular memory exercises. Youll find heaps online - or just try remembering lists etc.
Otherwise if it is a very serious problem, see a doctor.
How can i get over my inferiority complexed status of mind..? Please help..!?
One little trick that works well for me. Try associating something you know will be hard to remember with something that's easy to remember. Like if you keep forgetting someone's birthday, link it in your mind with oranges or something, so every time you see an orange you'll think about his birthday. The story method of remembering items is also known by some as the linking method.
The key is that you combine elements that may be disparate and have no link (and therefore be hard to remember) into something that is easier to remember, like a logical story.
Just like key ideas are remembered and passed down through stories (for instance many biblical events were told in stories as they are easier to remember and pass down and so on) so you can use this idea to remember anything at all.
Thus if you are creating a shopping list but don't want to or don't have paper, then you can memorise the list by combining them into some short of small story that makes them linked rather than isolated.
You then use each link in the chain to help you remember the rest of the chain.
