Does exercise help improve people suffering from Obsessive Compulsive Disorder in any way?
Answers:
yes--exercise creates an increase in endomorphic production in the brain which creates a feeling of well-being. since ocd is an anxiety disorder, this sense of well-being would help to assuage the anxiety to some degree. but the most important help is gotten from exposure and response prevention which can be better explained by a cognitive behavioral therapist.

what stuff for hair loss really works and what is good to use to make hair silky and smooth?
Yes, but only if done 13 times forward and 13 times backward. There is some evidence that exercise can help lessen psychiatric symptoms. It certainly can't hurt to try.
