Headaches can be early warning signs for many things. or it could just be a head ache. I would have him keep a head ache journal and see if there are any noticable triggers.maybe have his eyes checked if you havent to ensure its not because he needs glasses.
Def. go have him checked upi with his doc and bring any issues you have up with the doc.

See a doctor. In the casual research I've done on strokes, I've learned that it comes down to genes, diet, activity and habits. If there's been at least three other strokes in the family, definitely act on this fast. If he drinks, smokes or is sedentary, or if his diet is poor, these are also risk factors. I cannot say the intensity of each factor.My point: seek a medical opinion, and if strokes run in the family, he smokes or drinks, eats poorly and does not exercise, definitely seek medical attention.
