BreathRight works for me. I tried paper clips, straws, nothing worked. Then it dawned on me.outside of the nose no inside.

If you go to a pharmacy they should sell these strips which you stick on your nose. These strips pull your nostrils apart and make you breathe through your nose. It cuts down snoring a great deal but doesn't stop it all together for everyone. It works for me.Do deep breathing exercises like PRANAYAM. For quick and temporary relief put one drop of glycerine in each nostril before going to bed.
