Who is Brandy Talore?

Answers:
I have had a herniated disk for a long time. After alot of rest and relaxiation (pain meds; muscle relaxers, lortab), the pain goes away for a while.

After Im feeling better sometimes I forget. I end up lifing too much or playing with the dog/ or my son too rough the pain comes back.

Sometimes the pain comes back quick and sometimes it comes back slowly.

I have not had surgery but it was offered to me. I had insureance problems at the time. I do take lortab and muscle relaxers that help some.

So its really annooying. One day your fine the next you can't even walk.

Like today, we went fishing and I sat on the ground. After about 20 minutes my back was so bad I couldn't stand or walk. I had to almost crawl to the car.

My herniated disk is in my lower back. I forget which L it is.

my child recently had his chickenpox and they have gone.he has small little spots in groups on his face n hand

can i use nair on my chest and if so which one?

Great question.. First of all, the sole purpose of the Inter Vertebral Disc (IVD) is to allow range of motion. When the center of the disc (nucleus puploses)herniates more than likely on the posteriolateral aspect of the IVD b/w L4-L5, ROM is inhibited and pressure on a nerve is initiated. Most of the time when it comes to low back pain, that nerve interference causes a radiating pain down the affected leg because the sciatic nerve has been interfered with (pinched). Your best bet is to go to a chiropractor so that your spinal column can be aligned and any radiating pain you have most probably will be reduced.. As far as the actual herniation, what you can do is strengthen your back muscles so that the added pressure and strain on your back will be reduced..
