i am putting on weight like anything.i ve put on 15 kgs in past 2 yrs.plz suggest me wht to do?


i m 20 years old.i m 5'6" tall.i m an engineering student .i travel a lot as my college is very far from my place.i leave my place at 7:30 and come home at around 6:30..i dont even get time to excercise please suggest me diet routine or any remedy that could help me reduce weight.

Three square meals a day - but healthy stuff. Cereal for breakfast, jacket potato or sandwich for lunch, chicken and veg, or pasta etc for tea then just fruit or yogurt as snacks. A healthy balanced diet is best. Cut out extras and cut out simple things like butter in sandwiches and have low fat milk in tea etc. I would also speak to a doctor in case you have a medical condition causing weight gain like hypothyroidism, or if a contraceptive pill may have caused it. As for exercise, it's difficult making time but I promise if you do you'll feel much much better. Maybe go for a fast walk 2 or 3 times a week for 20 mins, or walk instead of catching a lift sometimes. You'll have more energy, feel better, look better and lose weight because you're burning more calories. Hope this helps.

Decrease calories, increase activity. Take the stairs instead of the elevator. Park your vehichle farther away than you normally would. Eat fruit and yogurt instead of sandwiches. Get up an hour early and go for a run or walk, or do it at night when you get home. You'll be surprised what little changes can have big effects. Good luck.
