Hmmm. Upon further research, I came across this site: http://chemistry.about.com/cs/5/f/blpoison.htm which lists tetanus as the number 1. However, I noticed that all the chemicals they list occur naturally. VX is synthetic.

EDIT: Scratch VX off the list. Although nasty, it doesn't hold a candle to Tetanus and Botulism. Refer to second link.
