I have this twitch in my right eye lid accompanied with dry eyes and mouth. Skin in the inside of mouth peels.

Question:

I don't smoke or do drugs. I'm not on any meds.

This is a possibility, look up Sjogren's Disease, then compare your symptoms.

I have had the occasional twitch in my eye lid, and heard it was a vitamin deficiency, but none of the other symptoms. If you can I would go to a doctor as it sounds like you should get it checked out. Hopefully it is a deficiency but I have no medical training and think it is best left to those with medical training. The sooner some things are diagnosed the better, as you can then get on with things and stop worrying so Good luck

2 days later now - I still think if possible you should see a doctor or someone with medical training. In fact I think there is probably a flow chart thing on the net somewhere that you can do which may tell you what to do if you have those symptoms
