You may be really anxious about something. I find when I cannot sleep, that I am more hungry and that eating helps me actually conceive sleep.Try to find out what is making you nervous or anxious and work on that. also if you HAVE TO eat, I suggest that you eat a whole meal once (yes, a whole meal, like some dinner leftovers warmed up and PLATED and do not make it very heavy or full) rather than binge eating seventy times during the night.
